Operations Specialist

Your mission

1. Recruitment and retention of service providers (Foxes).

Find, train and lead the local team of Foxes (contractors and/or employees) responsible for various Tasks around the city (cleaning, relocating, etc).

2. High-quality standards.

Ensure service quality through training, re-training and daily checkups.
Low operational error rates and customer complaints.
Be the first responder for Foxes and clients, providing swift and effective solutions to everyday problems.

3. Achievement of volume and revenue targets.

Monitor and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure weekly order volumes are reached.

4. Efficient equipment utilisation.

Manage infrastructure, equipment and maintenance for service delivery.

5. WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday: 16:00-01:00

Your profile

Must have:
- Fluency in Estonian & English
- Based in Tallinn and available for full-time on-site work.
- Active B-category driver's license.
- Basic Google Sheets / Excel skills.
- Being a people person - love working with people (performing training sessions for candidates, supporting our community of Foxes).
- Strong discipline (always being on time) and commitment (doing what you promised to do) characteristics.
- Problem-solving attitude: Quick thinker with practical solutions.
Good to have:
- Experience in relevant fields (car washing, mobility, gig economy, B2B fleets, etc) is a big plus.
- Experience in building and leading teams.
