FleetFox is building Europe’s most reliable fleet-care operations platform.

We are hiring a Regional Operations Manager for Baltics & Czech Republic to take full ownership of daily operational predictability, productivity, and profitability across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Czech Republic.

At FleetFox, HQ domains define standards, capability, and targets, while regional leaders are responsible for real-world execution and KPI delivery.

In this role, you are the single responsible owner for ensuring operations in the Baltics & CZ become:

• Predictable (consistent GMV & SLA delivery)
  
  

• Productive (strong Fox performance and supervisor structure)
  
  

• Profitable (efficient cost per order and gross profit alignment)

What you will own

1. Volume delivery & SLA performance 

• Deliver contracted volumes and meet SLAs consistently
  
  

• Act as the single responsible owner for daily regional operational execution outcomes

Success means: Customers trust delivery without escalation.

2. Regional team leadership & accountability

• Lead Ops Specialists and field teams with strong accountability and clarity
  
  

• Set clear targets, KPIs, and weekly execution cadence

Success means: Cities perform consistently without HQ firefighting.

3. Fox productivity, engagement & workforce quality

• Increase efficiency, shift utilisation and active Fox productivity
  
  

• Remove low-engagement or unreliable workforce patterns
  
  

• Build a culture of accountability, reliability, and measurable output

Success means: Fewer Foxes deliver more consistent, higher-quality operational output.

4. Growth readiness & profitable scaling in existing cities

• Improve cost per order and gross profit performance
  
  

• Continuously improve playbooks, workflows, and execution discipline
  
  

• Ensure growth strengthens profitability instead of creating chaos

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years leading multi-site field operations or logistics-type environments
  
  

• Strong hands-on operational leadership mindset
  
  

• Proven ability to stabilise chaotic or underperforming operations
  
  

• Comfortable owning hard KPIs, people accountability, and execution pressure
  
  

• Ability to work both on the ground and structurally with HQ
  
  

• Ability to travel to your markets upon necessity
  
  

• Based in Riga or Tallinn or Vilnius
