Head of Service Product (Fleet Logistics)

Combine service design, commercialization, operations and portfolio leadership. Turn qualified operational demand into profitable, tech-enabled, repeatable service products and lead the team towards execution across markets.

A commercial service-product builder and player-coach with 5+ years of relevant experience or exceptional equivalent evidence - who has personally taken an operations-heavy B2B fleet/mobility service from idea to profitable, repeatable revenue.

Our aim is to add another unicorn in a €40B industry. You will join at a point where the core platform, operational network and customer base already exist—but a major new service portfolio is still being built.

This is an opportunity to shape what FleetFox sells next, how those services operate, what technology enables them and how they scale across Europe. You will have real ownership, direct customer access and a clear commercial mandate, while building the Service Product capability alongside the company.
